After Paula’s mother moved into independent living, Paula noticed that helping with the practical things was not enough. Her mother needed to feel loved, seen, and emotionally alive.
By bringing more beauty, music, and intentional connection into her mother’s days, Paula saw her spirit return. That experience became the seed of Fresh Start Living.
Paula brings more than 40 years of experience as a registered nurse, educator, and caregiver to this work, alongside a deep Christian faith and a belief that every woman deserves encouragement, attention, and a sense of purpose.
